## SKYCOFL-1 — Scope and document relationship

These SkyCofl Service Terms apply only when this exact document is pinned by the service Root with stable ID `skycofl` inside the accepted Agreement Root for SkyCofl or a dependent Service. They supplement the [Core Terms](/terms-of-service), Commerce and Programme Terms and AI Feature Terms. They address managed Friends Plan seats and the early start of time-based SkyCofl Premium Services. The product page and order confirmation state the selected tier, price, term, seat count, usage allowance and other material limits.

These terms control only the subject matter expressly addressed here. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings in the Core Terms or Commerce and Programme Terms.

## SKYCOFL-2 — Friends Plan seats and invitations

Where the selected consumer tier includes managed additional seats, the account holder who orders it (the "Subscriber") may assign up to the stated number of seats to either a supported profile or virtual user belonging to the Subscriber or an invited holder of a separate Coflnet account.

An invited account holder receives access only after accepting the invitation and the then-applicable agreement package. They may reject the invitation or leave the seat at any time. Each person signs in with their own credentials and keeps their own account and settings; a Friends Plan never authorises credential sharing.

## SKYCOFL-3 — Management visibility and shared use

The Subscriber can see the assigned account or profile identifier and seat status needed to manage the plan. The invited participant is informed of this visibility before accepting. Seat management does not give the Subscriber access to the participant's credentials, private settings, messages, purchased balance, payment data or individual usage history.

Where the product page states that the plan has a shared usage allowance, usage-based features used by all seat participants draw on the Subscriber's allowance as described there. A participant does not thereby receive CoflCoins, transferable value or a payment claim against Coflnet or the Subscriber.

## SKYCOFL-4 — Seat lifecycle

A managed seat is part of the Subscriber's plan, not an independently purchased or transferable entitlement of the participant. The Subscriber may revoke or reassign it. Access pauses while no qualifying Friends Plan tier covers the slot.

After an ordinary expiry or short renewal lapse, an accepted assignment may remain reserved without access for seven days. It resumes without new acceptance only if a qualifying tier covering that slot is renewed during that window; otherwise the assignment ends automatically. A refund, chargeback, final subscription termination or change to a tier below that slot ends the affected assignment without automatic later reactivation.

For a scheduled downgrade, slots above the new capacity end when the downgrade takes effect. The Subscriber may move assignments into retained slots beforehand. The participant keeps their own Coflnet account but loses the shared paid entitlement. Ending a seat does not transfer CoflCoins, account ownership, payment rights or a refund right to the participant.

## SKYCOFL-5 — Private, non-commercial sharing

Friends Plan seats are for private, non-commercial access sharing. They may not be sold, rented, exchanged, used as payment or compensation, or assigned in return for money, data, services or another benefit. A managed seat is not a Service gift under the Commerce and Programme Terms.

## SKYCOFL-6 — Premium performance during the withdrawal period

If a consumer wants a paid SkyCofl Premium Service to begin before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends, checkout uses a separate, unchecked declaration to record the consumer's express request and agreement to the early start and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends once Coflnet has completely performed the Service. Merely accepting the agreement package, paying or using another Service is not that declaration.

If the consumer withdraws before complete performance, proportionate compensation for the value supplied up to withdrawal is payable only where all statutory information, request and consent requirements were met. A fixed seven-day Premium Service is completely performed at the end of its agreed seven-day term, not merely when access is activated. An extension queued for later begins on its disclosed actual start date. The [Core consumer-rights clause](/terms-of-service#core-consumer-rights) and mandatory withdrawal law remain unaffected.

## SKYCOFL-7 — Changes and mandatory rights

Changes to these terms follow the express-agreement and versioning rules in the Core Terms. Publication, silence or continued use does not amend an existing contract. Mandatory rights concerning digital products, withdrawal, conformity, remedies and refunds remain unaffected.
