# SkyChat Community Terms

## SKYCHAT-1 — Scope and public character

These SkyChat Community Terms apply only when this exact document is pinned by the service Root with stable ID `skychat` inside the accepted Agreement Root. They supplement the [Core Terms](/terms-of-service) and SkyCofl Service Terms for public Flipper Chat ("SkyChat"). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.

SkyChat is a public community function, not a private messaging service. Do not send confidential information, access credentials or personal data that should not be publicly disclosed.

<a id="skychat-distribution"></a>

## SKYCHAT-2 — Distribution and community mirroring

A message deliberately sent to SkyChat is distributed to connected participants and may be publicly mirrored to configured community destinations, including a public channel on Coflnet's Discord server. The sending interface identifies this public distribution. The sender retains their rights in the message and grants only the operational rights described in the [Core operational-licence clause](/terms-of-service#core-operational-license).

Coflnet does not control how an independent recipient later quotes or shares a public message. This does not reduce Coflnet's duties for its own configured destinations or under applicable platform law.

## SKYCHAT-3 — Two community rules

1. **Be nice.** Do not insult, harass, discriminate against, threaten or deliberately provoke another participant. The rule also covers comparably serious conduct that is obviously hostile to respectful participation.
2. **Do not advertise something nobody asked for.** Do not send unsolicited purchase or sale offers, referral or affiliate links, self-promotion, or the same or similar message repeatedly. The rule also covers comparably disruptive unsolicited promotion or spam.

Context matters. A good-faith disagreement, relevant answer to a request or isolated mistake is not treated in the same way as targeted, repeated or severe conduct. The [Core acceptable-use rules](/terms-of-service#core-acceptable-use) also apply.

## SKYCHAT-4 — Spam and integrity controls

Proportionate automated controls for spam, account security, legality and Service integrity may assess duplicates, sending frequency, length, keywords and links. They may reject a message or temporarily restrict chat access. Human moderators may impose an appropriate chat restriction as well.

Controls and restrictions remain limited to what is necessary and proportionate to the documented conduct. They do not permit Coflnet to remove paid entitlements unrelated to SkyChat without a separate contractual or legal basis.

## SKYCHAT-5 — Reporting

Where the active client offers reporting by selecting a message and the server confirms receipt, that confirmation means only that the report was received; it does not promise a particular outcome. Until an end-to-end in-client route is active, a message can be reported to the server moderators or [support@coflnet.com](mailto:support@coflnet.com).

Reports of allegedly illegal content, decision notices and remedies are additionally handled under any mandatory procedures of applicable platform law. Good-faith reporting is not a breach of these terms.

## SKYCHAT-6 — Moderation decisions and review

The [Core temporary-measures](/terms-of-service#core-temporary-measures), [termination-for-cause](/terms-of-service#core-termination-for-cause) and [enforcement-notice](/terms-of-service#core-enforcement-notice) clauses govern moderation measures, notice and contesting a decision. Affected users may contact [support@coflnet.com](mailto:support@coflnet.com) for human review. Coflnet corrects or ends an unsupported measure.

## SKYCHAT-7 — Changes and mandatory rights

Changes to these terms follow the express-agreement and versioning rules in the Core Terms. Publication, silence or continued use does not amend an existing contract. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer, data-protection and platform law remain unaffected.
