# Prufi Service Terms

**Version of 8 August 2026.** These terms apply only when pinned by the accepted Prufi agreement root together with the exact Core, Commerce and Programme, and AI Feature Terms shown there.

## PRUFI-1 — Service and files

1. Prufi analyzes a CAD file or related manufacturing information you deliberately upload and returns manufacturability indicators, explanations or suggested checks. The product page or Order states supported formats, file and usage limits, price, retention and available analysis methods.
2. You must own or be authorized to upload the file and may not include unnecessary personal data, access credentials, malware, export-controlled material that Coflnet is not authorized to process, or another person's confidential design without permission.
3. Your file remains yours. Coflnet receives only the limited rights needed to receive, temporarily store, transform and analyze it, secure the service and return the requested result. No public, advertising or general model-training right is granted by using Prufi.

## PRUFI-2 — Confidentiality and security

1. Coflnet treats non-public CAD files and accompanying technical information as confidential, uses them only to provide and secure Prufi, and discloses them only to personnel and processors who need access and are bound to suitable confidentiality duties.
2. The Privacy Policy identifies processors, regions and retention. A business Order may add security, deletion or data-processing commitments. Do not upload material requiring a protection level that the accepted Order does not promise.

## PRUFI-3 — Automated and deterministic checks

1. Prufi may combine deterministic geometry or rule checks with AI-assisted classification or explanation. A deterministic check is not represented as AI merely because another part of the result uses AI.
2. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular manufacturing process. It is decision support and not a substitute for engineering review, tolerancing, material validation, safety assessment or supplier approval. You must verify an output before relying on it for production, safety, compliance, quotation or procurement.
3. Coflnet does not use Prufi output to make a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about a person. The AI Feature Terms govern input handling, model-provider processing, user review and prohibited use.

## PRUFI-4 — Results, availability and final terms

1. Subject to third-party rights, you may use the result for the purpose for which you requested it. Coflnet retains rights in its software, check logic, models, templates and general know-how; no right to extract or recreate those systems is granted.
2. Statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected. Availability, maintenance, modifications, termination, liability and governing law follow the exact shared terms pinned by the Prufi root and any applicable Order.
3. Adding a processor, feature or new document version does not amend an accepted root. A material expansion of file use—especially general model training—requires a separate, clearly described legal basis and, where based on consent, a revocable opt-in.
