# IdleMine Service Terms

**Version of 8 August 2026.** These Service Terms apply only when the immutable IdleMine agreement root shown before registration, activation or ordering includes this exact version. That root also identifies the exact shared [Core Terms](/terms-of-service) and any other incorporated agreement nodes. A later file or root does not change an existing contract by itself.

## IM-1 — Provider, scope and document hierarchy

1. **Coflnet GmbH**, Dorfstraße 27a, 84163 Marklkofen, Germany (Local Court Landshut, HRB 13861), email [support@coflnet.com](mailto:support@coflnet.com), is the sole provider, operator and, for paid offers, seller of **IdleMine**. IdleMine is a Coflnet brand and not a separate contracting party. Gabriel Martinez no longer provides or controls the service.
2. IdleMine is a managed, Discord-controlled hosting service for a Minecraft bot or connected Minecraft account instance. The order or activation record fixes the tier, term, price, supported version, server, instance count, account limits and material functions supplied to you.
3. These terms supplement the Core Terms only for IdleMine. An Order overrides a provision only if it expressly identifies that provision. These terms control for their stated IdleMine subject matter; the Core Terms control otherwise. Mandatory law always prevails.
4. Coflnet's acquisition or operation of IdleMine does not, by itself, silently substitute Coflnet into an earlier contract with another provider or bind an existing user to these terms. They apply to an existing relationship only after the user's express acceptance or after a separately notified transfer or assignment that is legally effective without such acceptance. Any accrued rights against an earlier provider remain unaffected.

## IM-2 — Accounts and third-party services

1. IdleMine requires the Discord, Microsoft, Xbox and Minecraft accounts, entitlements and permissions stated during activation. You contract separately with each third-party platform and must follow its applicable terms and server rules. Coflnet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Mojang, Xbox, Discord or a Minecraft server operator.
2. You must control, or be duly authorized to connect, each account, server and Discord destination you configure. You remain responsible for securing those accounts and for promptly revoking access if credentials or a device are compromised.
3. A platform may change or discontinue an interface, reject authentication or sanction an account independently of Coflnet. This can prevent or interrupt IdleMine. It does not exclude Coflnet's responsibility for its own promises, conduct or any statutory conformity duty.

## IM-3 — Connection authorization

1. By connecting an account, you authorize Coflnet to receive, use and store the device-authentication data, connection tokens and token cache strictly as needed to authenticate and operate the configured instance, maintain the connection and secure the service. Coflnet does not receive your Microsoft password through the supported device-authentication flow.
2. The authorization lasts until the connection or instance is removed, subject to narrowly required security evidence and rotating backups described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy). You may revoke it through the available controls or the relevant platform. Revocation or expiry can stop the instance until you reconnect an authorized account and is not a defect caused by Coflnet.
3. You may not supply credentials or tokens obtained without authority, evade account security, or connect an account whose use by the instance would infringe another person's rights.

## IM-4 — Permitted use

1. You may use IdleMine only for lawful, authorized activity compatible with the applicable Minecraft server and platform rules.
2. You must not use it to cheat; automate conduct prohibited by a server or platform; evade bans, rate limits or access controls; spam; impersonate another person; access an account or server without authorization; distribute malware; or interfere with a platform, host, proxy or other user.
3. Coflnet may apply the proportionate notice, correction, restriction and suspension process in the Core Terms. An immediate temporary restriction is permitted where reasonably necessary to stop an ongoing security incident, unauthorized use or serious platform violation. We provide reasons and a review route where legally and practically possible.

## IM-5 — Optional chat and whisper forwarding

1. If you enable chat or whisper forwarding, content visible to the configured bot is transmitted to the Discord channel or webhook you select. Forwarding ends for new content when you disable it, disconnect the destination or delete the instance, subject to messages already delivered to Discord.
2. You must not configure forwarding for communications you are not authorized to receive or for unlawful, confidential or personal third-party content where the forwarding lacks a legal basis. Inform affected people where required.
3. Discord and destination administrators control copies delivered to Discord. Coflnet cannot retract copies independently retained, quoted, screenshotted or forwarded by them.

## IM-6 — Availability, maintenance and changes

1. Coflnet operates the managed instance within the limits stated in the Order. Reasonable maintenance, security work and outages of Discord, Microsoft, Xbox, Minecraft servers, network providers or the assigned infrastructure may affect availability.
2. We provide consumers with required updates and statutory remedies for non-conformity. Contracted paid functionality may be modified or discontinued only under the Core Terms and mandatory law. A third party's outage does not remove a statutory remedy where Coflnet remains responsible for supplying the contracted service.
3. IdleMine does not promise that a third-party platform or server will permit any particular bot, automation pattern or account activity. A supported technical connection is not permission from that third party.

## IM-7 — Fees, term and ending an instance

1. The price, billing period, initial term, renewal, instance limits and cancellation route are shown before the Order. The Commerce and Programme Terms apply only if their exact node is included in the accepted IdleMine root.
2. Ending a subscription stops the paid service at the effective end. A serious breach may justify earlier suspension or termination under the Core Terms; statutory extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected.
3. You should export any information made exportable for IdleMine and revoke third-party authorizations you no longer need before the instance ends.

## IM-8 — Deletion and cleanup

1. Deleting an instance creates a durable cleanup job. It disables the instance, removes Coflnet's active service configuration and connection authorization, deletes the primary instance record, and instructs the assigned host to remove its configuration and Microsoft/Xbox token caches. It also removes a Coflnet-controlled private channel or webhook created solely for that instance where ownership and safe deletion can be established.
2. The job remains pending and retries while a participating host has not confirmed its step. Disconnected or former hosts, third-party webhooks, Discord resources not controlled by Coflnet, technical logs and rotating backups can require documented manual follow-up or expire under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
3. We tell you if a resource outside Coflnet's control must also be revoked or deleted through Microsoft, Discord or another provider. Billing records, narrowly necessary security evidence and records required by law are retained only for their applicable periods.

## IM-9 — Warranty, liability and final provisions

1. Statutory conformity, warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected. The warranty and liability provisions of the Core Terms apply; these terms do not create an exclusion for third-party systems beyond what law permits.
2. Changes to these terms or any pinned dependency require a new agreement root and the assent or other legal basis specified in the Core Terms. Silence is not acceptance.
3. Governing law, jurisdiction, notices, transfer and severability follow the Core Terms. Mandatory protections of a consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
